Advice of use:

For muscles and joints: heat and apply the product to the parts of the body under stress. In case of cold: heat and apply a small dab of the balm on the chest and upper back 3 times a day. You can also add a small amount to the upper nose and/or sinuses (do not get too close to the eyes and mucous membranes) in case of a cold.

To fight against headaches: heat and apply a small amount of the balm to the temples in circular massages.

To soothe an insect bite: heat and apply a small dab of the product locally to the bites.
