Relax and enjoy; Footbath: After a day of standing, add a teaspoon to a basin of warm water. Footbaths are soothing, decongesting and remove muscle and joint tension from prolonged standing.

Precautions : Do not swallow, do not put in contact with the eyes (rinse abundantly with clear water in case of contact). Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women.
