Shipping
Your items are delivered from our warehouse in Morocco.
Your items are delivered via our delivery partners, FedEx, UPS, DHL. All items are carefully packaged and fragile items are placed in suitable packages.
The processing time of your order varies from 5 to 10 days as the items you order must be received and inspected before delivery. When you place your order you should receive an order confirmation email. A second email is sent to you when your order has left our warehouse. A parcel tracking code will be sent to you in this email. The delivery time of your order varies depending on the chosen delivery method.
Standard delivery: 7 to 10 business days
Express delivery: 2 days to 4 days depending on your geographical location.
Placing an Order
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number; a summary of the items ordered as well as the estimated delivery date of the order.
All items are shipped via FedEx from Morocco, you will receive another email when your items have left our warehouse. This email will also include your parcel tracking number.
It may take between 36 and 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated by FedEx, don't worry, your item is on its way.
You can also track your order by clicking on the "Track my Order" tab in the menu or by clicking HERE. Simply enter your email address and your order number.
It is recommended to create an account in order to save your information and track your order more easily.
It is possible to cancel your order before receiving the confirmation email. Beyond this deadline, it is unfortunately not possible to modify it as it is already being processed in our warehouse.
You can still refuse delivery; your order will then be returned to us at no cost.

It may take 24 hours to receive your confirmation email. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, contact us using the CUSTOMER SERVICE form with the subject: "Confirmation Email Not Received Order (insert order number)"
To place an order is easy! Select the size and/or color of the item if applicable then click "Add to Cart". Repeat the operation for all the items you wish to order. Once you have finished shopping, click on the Cart icon in the top right corner. On this page, you can check your order and see the total amount. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to continue the process. You just need to enter the delivery and payment information. If you have a promo code, include it during the payment step.
Note: It is not possible to place an order by phone or email.
If an item is missing and it is mentioned on your invoice; contact us by filling out the CUSTOMER SERVICE form with the Subject: "Missing Item Order - Order Number (insert order number)" One of our customer relations managers will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
Use this section for any descriptive text you need to fill out your pages or to add introductory headings between other blocks.
Our items are classified into 3 categories:
- Finished products: these products are ready-to-ship items.
- Custom-made products: these products are made to order and customizable.
- Sale or discounted products: products ready to be shipped at a reduced price.
Only finished products can be returned or exchanged
The processing time for a returned parcel can take up to 14 business days.
You will receive two emails:
Email 1: Receipt of the returned parcel in our warehouse
Email 2: Refund issued
Please note: We refund you via the payment method used during your order.
Once the item is received and inspected in our warehouse, we will send you the refund.
Payment by Credit Card or PayPal: You will receive a return confirmation email and your proof of refund by email. The refund may take a few days depending on the processing time of the payment method.
Payment by gift card
- Full payment by gift card: You will receive a return confirmation email and your proof of refund by email. We will send you a new gift card containing the refund amount.
- Partial payment by gift card:
You will receive a return confirmation email and your proof of refund by email. We will send you a new gift card containing the refund amount.
The cost of return depends on the size of your parcel and your geographical location. We offer the possibility to benefit from our preferential rates by using our partner FedEx.
Finished product: exchange possible within 5 days after receiving the item. To be eligible for the exchange service please send us your proof of shipment via the CUSTOMER SERVICE form. Once the parcel is shipped we will send you the other parcel in exchange. Please note that delivery costs are not covered by My Tindy for exchanges.
At MyTindy, we always ensure that the items sent to you are in perfect condition. Our quality management team inspects each item before sending it to you. If an item nevertheless arrives damaged, contact us via the CUSTOMER SERVICE form with the subject: "Defective Item Order (insert order number)", include photos of the damaged item. One of our customer service advisors will respond to you promptly with the next steps.

All the products sold on MyTindy are handmade by artisans. Each purchase supports their craft and livelihood.
We are sorry to hear that the item is not available. If the item will be restocked, you will find the "Pre-Order" button on the product page. The restocking times are also indicated there. If the button is not included on the page, the product will not be restocked.
