Shakshouka - Moroccan Warm Salad with Tomatoes and Peppers
Full of flavor and with simple ingredients that are easily found in most grocery stores or markets. You can enjoy Shakshouka as a side dish, on its own or as a salad.
What you will need to feed 4 guests:

Preparation
Pre heat the over at 180°C / °F, put the peppers whole in the oven for 20 min or until you can easily cut through the meat with a knife |

Still hot, put them in a hermetic container so that they can sweat Leave minimum 30 min or until they’re cooled enough that you can manipulate them with your hands without burning yourself Remove the skin, stems and seeds of the peppers |

Peel and dice the tomatoes, add olive oil to a pan and the spices |
|
Put over medium heat and let cook for 10-15 minutes |

Dice the peeled peppers and add them to your pan |
|
Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the peppers have fully incorporated
Remove from the heat, dice the corianter and add it to your shakshouka
|
Serve immediately or store in a container and put in the fridge for up to 3 days. We don't recommend freezing it if you want to eat it cold or warm.
